How It Works ⚙️

Book Your Session

1

Choose a time that works for you using the online scheduling system. You’ll receive a confirmation email with simple instructions so you know exactly what to expect.

Prepare for Your Session

2

At the time of your session, find a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit or lie down undisturbed. You don’t need any special equipment. Many clients choose to relax, listen to calming music, or simply rest.

Remote sessions work regardless of distance — all that’s required is your intention to participate and receive the session.

The Session

3

During the session, I facilitate Reiki to support your body’s natural relaxation response and stress regulation. You may experience sensations such as warmth, coolness, tingling, emotional release, or deep calm — though experiences vary, and some people simply feel relaxed.

There is no physical touch during remote sessions.

After the Session

4

Many clients report feeling calmer, more balanced, and mentally clear afterward. Some notice improved sleep or reduced stress over the following hours or days.

I recommend drinking water and giving yourself a little quiet time after your session to integrate the experience.

Ongoing Support

5

Some people benefit from a single session, while others choose ongoing sessions for continued stress support and overall wellness. We can discuss what feels right for you.

What You Don’t Need to Do

6

• You don’t need to believe in anything specific

• You don’t need to “try” or force relaxation

• You don’t need prior experience with Reiki

Just show up, get comfortable, and allow the session to support you.
